It was all about the joy of the day. Shelby and Joe simply wanted to remember that their wedding was for their own enjoyment. This on top of making sure that their guests were cared for was the focus of their planning. See how much fun they had by entrusting themselves to The Manor at Airmont team!
The Manor at Airmont is a historic wedding venue located in Round Hill, Virginia. It’s a venue fit for a small wedding that offers a very unique, personalized in-house approach. For the owners, Natallia and Anthony Francis, a history in hospitality goes all the way back to childhood.
Natallia’s parents owned steakhouses followed by a catering company but it was always their dream to own a venue. She began her own journey designing high-end children’s parties and Christmas decor, eventually moving into interior design.
After a loss in the family six years ago, they were brought closer and decided to pursue the dream of owning a venue together. The timing was just right for everyone to team up and purchase The Manor. As Natallia shared, “The Manor experience was born from our collective desire to create a day for our clients that is both seamless and deeply personal.”
Anthony manages the business side overseeing catering and day-of coordination while Natallia oversees the design, florals and planning. The catering is run by her parents, while other roles like operations, in-house photography, and overseeing the bar are held by other family members. Even juggling Natallia’s kids while they work is a joint family effort!
This undertaking is best put in Natallia’s own words: “Being a family-run business means we truly care about each and every client, and we hope that dedication shines through in everything we do.”
Realizing how much time and effort goes into a wedding, Shelby and Joe opted for the all-inclusive package offered by The Manor at Airmont. They loved how personal and intimate the venue feels. It also stood out to them the palpable passion, attention to detail, and unique amount of effort the team puts into getting to know the couple.
The Manor team has found that couples love their all-inclusive, family-owned and lovingly-operated approach. As Natallia put it, “We have developed very close friendships with a lot of our past clients and we think that’s what sets us apart and also draws new clients in. Our wish is that everyone who steps foot through our doors can always feel the love from us and around us.”

Everything about the process is important to The Manor team. As the crew explains, “The Manor is perfect for couples who want wedding vendors that are a part of every single leg of the journey leaving no detail untouched. From start to finish, we want to be a part of all of it! We want to bring your dreams to life but also be around to see it all unfold. We work best with clients who want us to be a part of every detail: both big and small.”
In line with the couple’s prioritization of the guest experience, having an all-inclusive package allowed friends and family to be present and truly enjoy the day. Partial and full planning package options are available, but covering all planning, florals and catering is only included in the full all-inclusive package.
Natallia elaborated, “Our clients trust us to perfectly curate their day and that requires everything to be done in-house, from the bar to catering, and florals to planning.”
It is definitely hot in the summer months in the entire DC Metro Area. But, there are ways to work around it and still enjoy an outdoor summer wedding. With an 110 degrees Fahrenheit heat warning for this July wedding, here’s how The Manor at Airmont crew guided the couple through the hot day:
Shelby and Joe are two of the sweetest humans I’ve ever met. These newlyweds were such troopers in the high temperatures. They still had a beautiful time enjoying their special day with loved ones. It was mostly due to their keeping a positive attitude and drinking lots of water that got them through the heat. They were just so happy to get married and start their next chapter together!
