Industrial Baltimore Wedding Venue | Mt. Washington Mill Dye House

Couple kisses at Industrial Baltimore Wedding Venue

As a photographer, I swoon over all the character this venue has to offer. If you’re a couple looking for an industrial wedding venue in Baltimore, Maryland; you’ll be head over heels for this place too! The Mt. Washington Mill Dye House is the perfect blend of rustic elements and industrial vibes with the exposed brick, featured beams, and large multi-pane windows. I highly recommend starting your love story here just like Kendall and Bryn did!

Two Worlds Collide

I seriously cannot get enough of couples who choose wedding venues that so sweetly represent their story. Kendall and Bryn’s marriage is truly the merging of two worlds. They met through family, were friends for years, at odds at times through their equally competitive nature at parties, until one day they decided a romantic relationship was worth a shot! Their long-time friendship turned into a long-distance relationship that led to these two hearts eventually becoming one!

The Mt. Washington Mill Dye House offers its own version of merging worlds between its industrial feel (hell yeah for large windows providing natural light!) and a chic intimate atmosphere. This industrial Baltimore wedding venue offers a variety of spaces from the exposed bricks of the historic Dye House Room to the darker siding outside the Silk Mill itself.

Booking the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House includes use of the entire venue: the Cocktail Room & Patio, Courtyard, and the Dye House Room(it’s breathtaking!). This also includes dinner tables, cocktail tables, and chairs that fit perfectly with the character of the space. A venue manager is made available for the full extent of the wedding day as well.

Mt. Washington Mill Dye House Bonuses:

  • Lots of onsite parking which can be hard to find in the city.
  • Bridal Suite available for getting ready and for couples to stay on site before or on the wedding night.
  • Close to many local restaurants and museums for guests to explore.

If your guest list is smaller, you could spend the entire evening outdoors under the twinkle lights of the intimate stone courtyard! The Mt. Washington Mill Dye House has “mini” wedding packages that are catered towards smaller weddings booked on Monday-Thursday evenings.

If this venue is perfect for you but not available, you should check out their sister venue the Winslow!! It is another wedding venue in Baltimore, this one with an industrial loft design but the same exposed brick and wood-beamed ceiling.

Knowing what great teammates Kendall and Bryn were both in games and in life(these two met playing cornhole!), made handling the unpredictable weather of their wedding day completely doable. We thought it was going to rain the whole day since it was super overcast. We had cute clear umbrellas just in case! This is why having a wedding venue with both indoor AND outdoor options is always a plus.

Both this industrial Baltimore wedding venue and the love-struck couple combined, created a perfect beginning to Kendall and Bryn’s love story.

Looking for your own industrial chic or rustic wedding venue to highlight your love story? I may know just the place!
